·         Minutes were a true reflection of the meeting

All actions complete with some to be discussed during the meeting,

·         Sian has requested a printed copy – Keith to ask the Clerk  for an update of it being delivered.

·         Within the document, there is guidance that the Parish NP should not just repeat the Wiltshire Plan. The Parish NP should determine our requirement, which is likely to be more detailed than the Wiltshire Plan.

·         Aim is to submit to Reg 14 by the end of Jul 24. There will be plenty of opportunity to make changes during the consultation period.

·         The AECOM Strategic Environmental Assessment paper is to be circulated by Peter with comments back from SG members by Thu 9th May 24.

·         Keith, Peter and Rob to meet to discuss how the document should be formatted and presented.

·         Good progress made:

• • Local Green Spaces – Complete and with Katie, confirmation required by Keith that we can use the naming of one Green Space as Mill Meadow.
  • Views – Almost complete with a few minor refinements still required.
  • Character Assessments:
    • Caroline’s section to be refined with assistance by Keith.
    • Coherence in style and formatting is required between the section written by Mike and that written by Caroline. Rob will advise as the document editor with completed working draft by the end of May.
  • Non-designated Heritage Assets – almost complete, to be circulated this week with comments back by mid May.

·      Discussed steps to produce a first draft document leading up to Reg 14 submission

·      Part A – Section largely complete and will be available to review on the NAS. Will have a summary of Part B within it but will not cover Character Assessment which is still being compiled.

·      Projector and Screen to be available for the next SG to enable Part B to be viewed.

·      Eddie, Keith and Karen will hold an extraordinary meeting to discuss how to present the NP on the Parish website as part of Reg 14 and will identify a schedule for the plan.

·      Particular thanks to Keith for his support and work-providing mapping for the NP.

It was agreed the next meeting would take place on Thursday 6^th Jun 2024 at 7.15pm in Bratton Church Institute.
