· Communications Plan – To be discussed at Item 144 · AECOM report – any comments to Peter by mid Dec 23 o Rainfall now to measured at a 40% increase than before. Will this be considered by planners as this goes forward? · Briefing materials for 02 Dec – action complete · Update to Parish Council on Planning Consultation drop in session – Action complete with response sent in by Keith Rayward · Action Item PLAN 6 – complete |
| 141 | Updates to Draft Plan
· Housing, Eddie – All on track · Green Spaces, James – needs to add in some pictures and tidy it up but largely complete. o Water Meadows at Luccombe Mill will be included in the intro as not part of Bratton but still influential to the area · Character, Mike – Good Progress has been made aim for all 6 parts to be complete by end of the year and will then be sent to the SG for comment o Field work has been completed. o 2 of the 5 areas are complete in draft format and sent to Katie o Starting work on the overview (6th part) o Caroline has been working on Church of Bratton character area, still needs to do village core and Stradbrook · Getting around and the economy, Rob – Work been sent to Katie who is adding some things in · Need to add in at the end a part about Climate Change · Aspiration section – needs to be written in close coordination with the Parish Council, some ideas: o Footpath to Fitzroy Farm o Cycle Path to Westbury o Parking areas o Lighting on footpaths o Traffic calming

· A lot of effort put in by all and a great team effort · 141 surveys issued on the day, results will be co-ordinated along with results from those who submit surveys after the event.

· This has been published on the Parish website · Plan might need some key message to modulate messaging to ensure people aren’t overwhelmed with the number of messages
