The Chair of the Parish Council will invite members of the public to present their questions, comments and petitions submitted under the Council’s Public Participation Procedure at the start of the meeting. Please note that the Clerk will record the names of those wishing to address the Council together with the subject matter prior to the start of the meeting and each speaker will be permitted 3 minutes in which to address members.

a) To confirm and sign as a correct record the minutes of a meeting of the Parish Council held on 10th September 2024 (copy attached). b) To adopt the minutes of a meeting of the Bratton Recreation Committee held on 27th June 2024 and subsequently approved for accuracy by the BRGC at a meeting held on 23RD September 2024 (copy attached). c) To adopt the minutes of meetings of the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group held on 1st August and approved for accuracy at a meeting held on 3rd October 2024 (copy attached). d) To adopt the minutes of a meeting of the Village Green Committee held on 9th July 2024 and subsequently approved for accuracy by the VGC at a meeting held on 2nd October 2024 (copy attached).

2024/69 | Parish Council Projects Updates and Reports
To receive and note the brought forward list as previously agreed for circulation (copy attached) and receive updates on the below listed projects discussed at previous meetings: a) Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Fund – Clerk to report on the CIL schedule and payments due/paid to the PC associated with the development of site 321 (information attached). b) Castle Road bus shelter replacement – Clerk to update members on the progression of the associated insurance claim. c) Christmas event planning – Cllr Lloyd to provide an update (September minutes refer).

Following the conclusion of the Regulation 14 consultation to note the final documents as amended and approve the Plan for progression to Regulation 15 stage (information and links to documents previously circulated) in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

a) To receive a schedule of payments and receipts to October 2024. b) To receive the bank reconciliation statements as at 31st October 2024. c) To receive the Consolidated Financial Position Statement as at October 2024. d) To receive the Budget Report as at 31st October 2024. e) To receive and note the Earmarked Reserves at 31st October 2024. f) To receive and note the External Auditor’s report for the financial year 2023-2024 (copy attached). g) To receive and consider a grant request in the amount of £100 for the Wassail event (email request attached).
