Annual Assembly of the BRATTON PARISH MEETING,

which will be held at the Jubilee Hall, Bratton, Wiltshire

To receive apologies for absence.

2 Minutes of Annual Parish Meeting 2023

To approve for accuracy and adopt the minutes of the 2023 APM (attached).

 

3 Bratton Parish Council – Report from the Chair of the Parish Council

To receive a report from Cllr Rayward Chair of the Parish Council 2023-2024 and receive the PC’s Annual Report  for 2023-2024 (to be tabled).

 

4 Wiltshire Councillor for Ethandune Electoral Division

To receive a report from Wiltshire Councillor Suzanne Wickham.

 

5 Police Community Support Team

To receive a report from PCSO Alice Moore.

 

6 Community Speed Watch

To receive a report from Georgina Dahl

7 Neighbourhood Planning

To receive a report from Mr Rob Drummond on the progress of the Neighbourhood Plan for Bratton.

 

8 Bratton Recreation Ground

To include the Annual General Meeting of the Bratton Recreation Ground Committee and the nomination of three volunteer members for the Committee.

 

9 Reports from local organisations and community groups

To receive reports from local organisations and community groups, including but not limited to:

·         Village Green Committee

·         Jubilee Hall Committee

·         Reeves Orchard

·         Bratton Primary School

·         Bratton Pre-School

·         Tidy Bratton Group

·         St James Church

·         Bratton Baptist Church

·         Bratton History Association

·         Women’s Royal British Legion

·         Any other organisation wishing to make a report – the Chair will invite as requested.

 

10 Parish Forum

To receive questions from the  local electorate.

 

 

NOTE: Whilst the meeting is open to the general public only registered local government electors for Bratton parish may participate and each registered elector has one vote – Local Government Act 1972 Schedule 12, Part III applies.
